Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Refunds are available after the item is returned to us, it will be inspected to determine if you qualify for a refund. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in the same condition/unworn. If your return is approved you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, which will be credited back to your account within 5 business days. Store credit is also available, and you will receive a discount code by email, of equal value of the return item. Store credit is valid for up to 30-days after receiving your store credit discount code. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dominiquenicoleboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for any return fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), swimwear,  sports bras or intimates. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate that on the return form. If an item is no longer in stock a store credit discount code can still be used towards another item of equal value of the return item. Store credit discount codes are valid for up to 30-days after receiving. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Store credit is also available, and a you will receive a discount code by email for equal value of the return item. Store credit discount codes are valid for up to 30-days after receiving. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
